Creative, Technical & Scenic Direction (2015 - 2024)

Leading the evolution of a massive international congress for nearly a decade requires a systemic vision that transcends traditional design. Between 2015 and 2024, I spearheaded the growth of this event from 1,200 to over 4,000 attendees, transforming it from a localized gathering into a high-impact global experience. My tenure evolved from initial scenic consultancy into Full-Scale Creative Direction, orchestrating the convergence of brand strategy, cutting-edge technology, and live performance.

Core Pillars of Management

1. Creative Direction & Brand Strategy

Evolving Brand Identity: Led the annual aesthetic curation, redefining the visual language and branding to ensure the event remained cutting-edge and culturally relevant for each edition.

Strategic Marketing Consultancy: Implemented "Early Bird" sales models and marketing strategies that optimized audience acquisition and revenue streams.

Cinematic Storytelling: Scripted and directed high-production cinematic shorts and artistic interventions, blending live performance (acrobatics, dance) with synchronized digital narratives.

2. Scenography & Spatial Design

Stage Architecture: End-to-end design of the stage and venue layout, ensuring seamless integration for a house band and multiple international guest artists with diverse technical riders.

Logistical UX & Venue Planning: Orchestrated venue-wide logistics, including stand placement, parking optimization, and pedestrian flow for 4,000+ attendees.

Experiential Formats: Designed specialized spatial setups for TEDx-style talks, open panels, and live broadcast interviews (e.g., immersive kitchen environments, lounge-style setups).

3. Technical Coordination & Execution (FOH Lead)

Show Command (Front of House): Real-time direction of the entire event ecosystem, synchronizing visuals, lighting, and audio according to a precision-timed minute-by-minute schedule.

Broadcast & Streaming Engineering: Directed the full transition to 360° streaming (2020-2021) and collaborated with CCTV teams to define camera blocking and real-time broadcast dynamics.

Technical Curation: Supervised the creation of all visual content, ensuring that motion graphics and LED displays perfectly complemented the lighting design and stage geometry.
